What attracted me to Spire

I have spent my entire career as a member of the Spire family—I had a job interview during my senior year at Mizzou and started as a budget analyst right after graduation. Throughout the last three decades I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of departments—finance, operations, labor relations, integration and my current position.

My most interesting work experience

Within the last few years we acquired two new companies. I led the integration of each company into our larger structure. These were the first acquisitions in our company’s history and I feel lucky to have played an important role.

My favorite thing about my job

The people and the pride employees take in their work each day. The stability of the company and the ability to grow as a person and a professional has enabled me to fulfill my career at the same company for all these years. It’s a great company to work for because our work is challenging, yet rewarding.
