Summary

Spire is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to work in the St. Louis, MO operation.  This position will be responsible for daily administration and coordination of various processes, projects and shared services within the Facilities Department. 

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide daily support to all hospitality programs adhering to all guidelines and standards established and ensuring prompt and efficient service

Responsible for processing mail and deliveries at the Corporate main office

Lead administration of the office supplies in Corporate Main office

Responsible for coordination of all food and beverage programs that are provided

Assist with coordination of meeting room and break area set-up and clean-up

Assist with event planning as directed

Support an environment focused on a positive visitor experience at all company facilities

Provide data entry into and use of all electronic tracking system for Facilities, including daily work ticket program, fixed assets, CMMS, CAFM, etc.

Operate Facilities appliances as needed

Support for other workspace planning shared services as needed

Perform other department duties and responsibilities as requested

May require working over 40 hours per week and off hours with potential for local travel between locations

Supervisory Responsibilities

Required Education (certifications, licenses)

Associates Degree or Equivalent Expereince

Required knowledge, skill and abilities

Three to five years of hospitality or customer service experience in the hotel, event planning or restaurant industry

Demonstrated ability for strong organization skills and ability to multi-task

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint

Physical demands, environment and schedule

Primarily normal office conditions with periodic visits to equipment rooms, construction sites or unfinished office space as needed.  At times, may require standing and moving around for entire work shift, light lifting, maintenance and cleaning.  Valid driver’s license required to travel to other facilities and merchants as needed.  Standard working hours with availability to adjust shift by 1 hour daily and occasionally off-hour work to assist with scheduled events/projects. Overtime and/or travel may be required
