Spire is always looking for great diverse talent to work out of their Birmingham, AL Call Center location! The Customer Service role is responsible for answering inbound customer calls, emails and chats. Successful candidates should possess the following:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work 8 hours a day Monday-Friday and occasional after-hours work as needed
  • Successful completion of a call center simulation assessment
  • Satisfactory completion of a 5-week training
