What I do for Spire

All natural gas utilities are regulated by the state. I work with the Missouri Public Service Commission to focus on how we help customers, the rules we follow and any rate changes. I attend Commission workshops, hearings, work directly with the Commission accounting staff during rate cases and provide testimony. I also work with colleagues to help them understand regulatory requirements and initiatives. Whether it’s billing or providing service to customers in accordance with our regulations, I educate others on how they can better serve our customers.
