Summary
Spire is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to work in the St. Louis, MO operation. This position will be responsible for the daily administration and coordination of various processes, projects and shared services within the Facilities Department.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead all daily hospitality programs adhering to all guidelines and established standards to ensure prompt and efficient service.
- Lead coordination of on-site employee happy hour gathering.
- Responsible for processing mail and deliveries at the Corporate Main office.
- Lead administration of the office supplies in the Corporate Main office.
- Responsible for coordination of all food and beverage programs.
- Assist with coordination of meeting room and break area set-up and clean-up.
- Provide backup and support to corporate hospitality functions.
- Provide data entry into and use of all electronic tracking systems for Facilities, including daily work ticket program, fixed assets, CAFM, etc.
- Operate Facilities appliances as needed.
- Support for other workspace planning shared services as needed.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Education (certifications, licenses)
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Serv-Safe Certification preferred.
Required knowledge, skill and abilities
- 2-3 years plus of customer service or hospitality experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in Oracle and CAFM systems preferred.
- Demonstrated ability for multi-tasking and working well in a fast-paced environment.
Physical demands, environment and schedule
- Primarily normal office conditions. At times, may require standing and moving around for entire work shift, light lifting, maintenance and cleaning.
- Valid driver’s license required to travel to other facilities and merchants as needed.
- Standard working hours with availability to adjust shift by 1 hour daily and occasionally off-hour work to assist with scheduled events / projects.
- 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday -Friday.
- Overtime and/or local travel between Facilities may be required.
