Duties and responsibilities:


•    Supports, Maintains, develops and configures solutions for Oracle EBS 
•    Responds, when required, to triage production issues related to EBS and related integrations and adheres to the Service Level Agreement set forth
•    Oversees code review and migration process by other developers
•    Partners with Architects to lead technical workshops with PO/PM's across the App Delivery teams, and when necessary, business stakeholders
•    Ensures execution of overall ITS solution strategy, standards, and practices
•    Oversees standards of development
•    Effectively collaborates within your specific team, as well as across agile teams to ensure alignment in dependencies, and how each team’s work impacts your own  
•    Supports integration of E-Business Suite applications with various applications, including but not limited to Hyperion, Fusion middleware, CC&B, Maximo, Click and other third-party applications
•    Oversees and influences built-in quality, partnering with Quality Assurance, as it pertains to unit/developer testing
•    Identifies and supports performance improvement activities using software tools
•    Accountable for development and updating of technical documentation
•    Fully imbedded in development teams, and participates in all ceremonies and planning, focused on acceptance criteria that is clear, precise, and testable
•    Accepts work into the team backlog and owns the commitment related to what has been laid out to be completed each PI
•    Contributes fully to meeting the overall team and PI objectives, while also giving feedback when necessary to Product owners and/or Scrum masters, including areas of risk and impediments that are encountered 


Required Skills:


•    Proficiency in developing, supporting and configuring within EBS, including custom applications
•    Strong analytical skills/capabilities to solve complicated issues arising during design and testing phases
•    Experience in the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development practices
•    Extensive experience with analyzing, designing, and developing integrations to other applications
•    Requires experience using SQL server, SQL, and relational database
•    Strong understanding of On-Premise Infrastructure, including experience with WebLogic Administration, WebCenter, and EBS
•    Extensive experience in writing technical designs and determining the best path for solution implantation from a simplicity and a performance perspective

Supervisory responsibilities:


•    No direct supervision in this role; however indirect leadership and influence on technical team required
Education and experience:
•    Bachelor’s degree - Computer Science, Information Technology, or Technical Engineering preferred
•    7+ years of EBS Development, for Supply Chain and Financial Modules.  Prior Experience in EBS Upgrades or implementations is preferred     
•    5+ years of related work experience playing an active leadership role in technology delivery and business analysis
•    5+ years supporting EBS, troubleshooting issues, specifically with approvals management, workflows, XML Publisher, XML Gateway, EDI Gateway, OAFramework, Forms, and Reports 
•    Strong experience in SQL, PL/SQL
•    Experience working with Oracle Web Center Imaging 
•    Oracle Fusion Middleware experience preferred
•    Experience developing in an agile environment a plus
Certificates, licenses, registrations:
•    SAFe certification(s) a plus 


Work environment: 
•    Hybrid Remote/Office environment
•    Work performed primarily during business hours, with off-hours support required at times to respond to critical production issues, on call requirements, and implementations
•    Some Travel may be required as ITS and teams are disparate across locations (primarily St. Louis and Birmingham)
